Panel upgrades, rewiring, lighting design, and safety inspections — done clean, explained plainly, and finished when we said it would be.
What we do
Whole‑home projects or a single stubborn circuit — same standard of work either way.
100A to 200A upgrades, breaker replacements, and clean load calculations so your panel matches how you actually live.
Knob‑and‑tube and aluminum replacement, dedicated appliance circuits, and additions wired to current code.
Recessed and layered lighting, dimming that actually works, under‑cabinet runs, and exterior fixtures that survive winter.
GFCI and AFCI protection, USB‑C outlets, exterior weather‑rated boxes, and replacing every last cracked cover plate.
Tripping breakers, flickering lights, dead outlets, buzzing panels. We find the actual cause instead of guessing at parts.
Buying, selling, or just uneasy about that hot outlet? A documented walkthrough of your system with photos and priorities.
How it works
Four steps. You always know what's happening and what it costs.
A short call or the form below. Photos help — send whatever you've got.
Site visit for anything meaningful, then a written flat price. No hourly meter running.
We pull permits where required and give you a real date, not a four‑hour window.
Work walked through with you, inspection passed, and the floor cleaner than we found it.
Why Prez Electric
Most electrical complaints aren't about the wiring — they're about not knowing what's happening in your own house. We fix that first: plain explanations, photos of what's behind the wall, and a price you agreed to before anyone picked up a drill.
Every job is wired as if the next electrician to open that panel is going to judge us. Labeled circuits, straight runs, torqued lugs.
Talk to usQuestions
No. Quotes on residential work are free, and the number we give you is the number you pay unless you ask for something extra in writing.
Yes — license and insurance details are listed in the footer, and we're happy to send certificates before booking.
Panel work, service changes, and new circuits almost always do. Swapping a fixture usually doesn't. We'll tell you honestly which side of the line your project falls on, and we handle the filing.
Estimates are typically scheduled within a couple of days. Anything involving burning smells, sparking, or a hot panel gets moved to the front of the line — call, don't email.
Regularly. Send us the plans and we'll coordinate rough‑in and trim directly with the rest of the trades.
PLACEHOLDER — service area goes here. If you're just outside it, ask anyway.

Tell us what's going on and we'll come back with a real number. Most requests get a reply the same day.
